Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation may be on the property at any time. No parties or events. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate cancellation without refund. 2. Quiet Hours Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM This is a mountain community. Please respect neighbors and outdoor noise levels, especially when using decks or outdoor amenities. 3. No Smoking This is a strictly non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. 4. No Parties or Events Parties, gatherings, or commercial activities are not permitted. Violation may result in: Immediate termination of stay $250+ fee Removal without refund 5. ♨️ Hot Tub Rules -Use of the hot tub is voluntary and at your own risk. -By booking this property, guests agree: *Maximum occupancy: 4 persons *No glass, food, or smoking in or around the hot tub *Shower before use (no lotions, oils, fake tan, or makeup) *Swimwear required (no regular clothing) *Unstrap the cover and lift it on and off with 2 persons *No children under 12; minors must be supervised *Do not adjust temperature settings, breaker panel, or add chemicals *Do not drain the hot tub *Violation of these rules will result in a minimum $250 cleaning or damage fee, plus additional charges for repair, water replacement, or service calls if required. *Guests are financially responsible for any damage, contamination, or misuse during their stay. Violations may result in a minimum $250 cleaning or service fee. 6. Dogs Dogs must be disclosed at booking. No pets on beds or furniture. Guests must clean up pet waste. Excessive pet hair or damage may result in additional cleaning charges. Do not wash dogs in the shower 7. Damage & Cleanliness Please treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear Missing items Excessive mess requiring deep cleaning Charges will be processed through Airbnb. 8. Furniture & Equipment Do not rearrange furniture. Do not move indoor items outdoors. Do not tamper with mechanical systems or breaker panels. 9. Fire Safety No candles. Outdoor fire features must be used responsibly and fully extinguished. Never leave fires unattended. 10. Weather & Mountain Conditions North Georgia weather can change quickly. Guests are responsible for: Driving appropriate vehicles for mountain roads Monitoring weather conditions Personal safety during storms or icy conditions The host is not responsible for weather-related interruptions. 11. Check-Out Expectations Before departure: Place used towels in Laundry room (You can leave the sheets on the bed) Start dishwasher Lock all doors and windows Late checkout without approval may result in additional fees.
